Eyes Wide Opened turns the problem on its head – stop worrying about what’s out there in terms of possible jobs and career paths and start thinking about what’s in your head (and heart) in terms of experience, personal qualities, your values and passions – in other words the totality of your signature strengths. Just when society thinks it’s time to leave the structure of education is precisely the time that many people need a framework to help them navigate the increasingly competitive and complex world of work.
