Message from the Editor – an apology

Certain reporting was factually inaccurate on page 13 of Roar’s March 2017 edition. The mistake was made in paragraph 7 of the article titled “Simply not enough staff…”. We reported as fact the comments of one of the subjects and did not double check the veracity of what was claimed before we went to print.

A good newspaper fact-checks every single bit of reporting and delivers the most truthful account of events. We have failed on this occasion and we are sorry to our readers for the mistake.
